BACKGROUND
Ernest Duku Jallah is a Liberian youth leader, public policy advocate, and development practitioner serving as President of the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY), Liberia’s national umbrella body for youth organizations. He is also involved in legislative and policy engagement, with a focus on strengthening youth participation in governance, education, employment, peacebuilding, and sustainable development.
He holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Liberia, with additional training in journalism and public policy. Through his leadership and advocacy, Ernest works to amplify the voices of young Liberians, expand opportunities for youth, and promote meaningful youth participation in national and international decision-making.
VISION
Looking ahead, Duku Jallah is focused on integrating advanced technological solutions to enhance institutional efficiency while maintaining a steadfast commitment to human-centric core values. The "Resilient Future" initiative outlines a comprehensive roadmap for adapting to rapid global changes.
