BACKGROUND
Amb. Sherman Claudius Sanwon is the Vice President for International Affairs of the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY), Liberia’s national umbrella body for youth organizations. In this role, he leads FLY’s international partnerships, advocacy, and diplomatic engagement, working to advance the interests and priorities of Liberian youth on regional and global platforms.
His work focuses on strengthening youth participation in governance, peacebuilding, education, and sustainable development, aligned with the African Union’s Agenda 2063 and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. As a proud son of Sinoe County and Liberia, Amb. Sanwon is committed to amplifying youth voices, fostering unity, and ensuring that young Liberians are meaningfully represented in decision-making spaces at home and around the world.
