Regional Coordinator of FLY for Region Three
BACKGROUND
S. Max-lord Hinson is a Liberian youth leader and educator whose career has been dedicated to serving and advancing opportunities for young people. He began his professional journey as a classroom teacher before expanding his leadership through his role as President and Founder of the Association of River Gee Youth, where he championed youth participation, leadership, and development across River Gee County.
His commitment to youth empowerment led him to serve as County Coordinator of the Federation of Liberian Youth (FLY). He currently serves as Regional Coordinator of FLY for Region Three, covering Grand Gedeh, River Gee, Sinoe, Maryland, and Grand Kru Counties. In this role, he works to advance youth leadership, civic engagement, participation, and empowerment across the region.

Looking ahead, Hinson is focused on integrating advanced technological solutions to enhance institutional efficiency while maintaining a steadfast commitment to human-centric core values. The "Resilient Future" initiative outlines a comprehensive roadmap for adapting to rapid global changes.
